Bo Phut, a famous beach resort in Thailand, is the namesake of this design. The inspiration? If you ever have the chance to visit Murlough Beach in Northern Ireland, it's a prime example. The beach is about a kilometre (0.6miles) from the road. The path leads you through sandy dunes, beach grass moving in the sea breeze. The path formed out of wooden boards that have been weathered soft and smooth, with the wood bleached white.
This boardwalk is the main feature of this design. In raw umber, it makes for a very neutral sun blanket, light and airy, with the feel of the beach.
