The superior cooling and wicking effects of linen make it an ideal fabric for a sun blanket. Whether to keep the sun off, or to lie on, it'll help make sure you're comfortable.
The story behind this design starts in Siena, Tuscany, Italy. In July, Il Palio di Siena, the famous race around the square, takes place. It begins with a precession in authentic medieval costume, a real experience of the rich history that's felt throughout Italy. The flags carried in the procession, rippling in the wind inspired the Atenzi design, named after one of the champions of the race which follows.
